Our visiting faculty members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Akif Yıldırım, Dr. Harun Mert, and Mehmet Fatih Alkış presented their papers at the symposium themed “The Impact of the Ne Bis in Idem Principle across Different Jurisdictions”, held on 27 April 2026 to mark the 64th anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court.
