2026–2027 Fall Semester Non-Thesis Master’s Program in Health Law

The Non-Thesis Master’s Program in Health Law is a graduate program designed to train professionals who can evaluate the legal, ethical, and administrative issues arising in the provision of healthcare services from an interdisciplinary perspective, possess a comprehensive knowledge of health legislation, and develop solutions to disputes encountered in practice.

The program provides an in-depth examination of subjects including health law, legal liability arising from medical interventions, patients’ rights, the legal liability of healthcare professionals, the organisation and supervision of healthcare services, legal regulations concerning pharmaceuticals and medical products, the protection of personal health data, ethical principles in healthcare, and recent judicial decisions. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, the program enables participants to acquire knowledge and skills that they can directly use in their professional careers.

Designed particularly for legal professionals, physicians, pharmacists, healthcare administrators, and other healthcare professionals, the program contributes to the development of the legal expertise required by the healthcare sector.
